- Non-returnable items: All booster boxes, packs, and singles are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased. This policy is in place to ensure the integrity and value of the trading card products we offer.
- Trade-in option for singles: While singles are non-returnable, we do offer the option to trade in singles for store credit at the current buy rate as determined by us. If you wish to trade in your singles, please visit our store or contact us for details on our current buy list and rates.
- Returnable items: Products such as sealed board games, accessories, and merchandise can be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original condition. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Damaged or defective products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on availability.
