  • Shipping rates: Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the size of your order. We offer free shipping on domestic orders over $50.
  • Delivery times: Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days for domestic orders. International orders may take longer, depending on the destination.
  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
  • Lost or damaged packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery or receipt date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Return Policy

At Space Coast Games, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to the nature of the products we sell, certain items have specific return conditions:

  • Non-returnable items: All booster boxes, packs, and singles are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased. This policy is in place to ensure the integrity and value of the trading card products we offer.
  • Trade-in option for singles: While singles are non-returnable, we do offer the option to trade in singles for store credit at the current buy rate as determined by us. If you wish to trade in your singles, please visit our store or contact us for details on our current buy list and rates.
  • Returnable items: Products such as sealed board games, accessories, and merchandise can be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original condition. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Damaged or defective products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on availability.

Pre-Order Policy

Please note that products listed as "Pre-order" are not yet available for immediate shipment. These items are available for purchase prior to their official release date or restocking. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving your product(s), which will be shipped promptly once the item is in stock.

  • Expected release dates are provided based on information from manufacturers and are subject to change.
  • Full payment is required at the time of pre-order to secure your reservation.
  • If there are any significant delays or changes in product availability, we will notify you via email.
  • Please be aware that pre-order items cannot be canceled or refunded unless we are unable to fulfill the order.

Events Policy

At Space Coast Games, we love hosting events that bring our gaming community together! To ensure a great experience for everyone, please review our event policies:

Registration: Most events require pre-registration to secure your spot. Registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by us.

Age restrictions: Participants under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Code of conduct: We expect all players to follow the rules of good sportsmanship and treat others with respect. Harassment or unsportsmanlike behavior will result in removal from the event.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel your participation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We cannot offer refunds for last-minute cancellations.
